Pricing Announced for 2017 Subaru BRZ

The newly improved 2017 Subaru BRZ pricing has been announced and it may make you want to upgrade come September!

After a comprehensive update, the Subaru BRZ has returned with better performance, more style, and improved handling, along with a slew of other features. The new improvements continue Subaru’s mission of offering car enthusiasts a pure sports car and an unmatched driving experience. The 2017 Subaru BRZ will start at $25,395*.

2017 Subaru BRZ_28The 2017 Subaru BRZ offers a low center of gravity and a ton of sporty parts. Updated coil springs, rear stabilizing bar, and dampers improve the stability and ride comfort. Reinforcements to the chassis strut tower braces, the transmission cross-member plate, and the rear wheel housings also increase rigidity and handling.

An aluminum intake manifold, along with a redesigned exhaust manifold, improve airflow in the Subaru BRZ’s 205-horsepower engine. The 6-speed manual transmission offers a lower final drive gear with an improved ratio (4.1 to 4.3:1) and comes with a standard Torsen limited-slip differential.

Improved aerodynamics come in the form of a new aluminum rear spoiler painted to match the body color or black is standard across all BRZ models. LED headlights and rear combination lights improve visibility and safety, while a new Incline Start Assist improves road safety for all models.

Combined improvements in the performance, across the board, helped Subaru decide to rename ‘Sport’ mode to ‘Track’ mode, a dramatic improvement indeed.

2017 Subaru BRZ_30As an added option, Subaru created the Performance Package which includes Brembo four-piston brake calipers and rotors, on the front (dual-piston Brembo calipers and rotors on the rear), SACHS performance shock absorbers, and unique 17-inch wheels.

Customers will be able to purchase their 2017 Subaru BRZ in two trims, Premium and Limited. The limited offers LED fog lights, standard heated seats and exterior mirrors, keyless entry, Alcantara seat inserts with leather bolstering and red stitching, and more.
