We’ve been stoked about the 2020 Toyota Supra since we first heard rumors about it approximately 30 years ago. Obviously, that’s a joke, but as we’ve noted ad nauseam, the reveal of this machine took forever. But all the camouflaged “debuts”, leaked photos, and speculation about transmission choices, leaked videos, are in the past.
The two-seater will be packing a 335-horsepower turbocharged inline-six, feature an eight-speed transmission, and make the sprint from zero to 60 mph in just 4.1 seconds. In testing, the engineers used the Porsche Cayman as a benchmark, so we’re expecting the latest generation of this legendary machine to be a hoot to drive.
