The 2016 Subaru BRZ is headed to dealerships later this fall with a slightly smaller price tag and new standard features. The 2016 model year of the rear-wheel-drive Subaru BRZ will start at $25,395, which is around $300 less than the outgoing model (Note: Pricing may vary based on destination, dealer fees, options and other fees).
For the 2016 model year, the Subaru BRZ gets the Subaru Starlink 6.2-inch Multimedia System which includes AM/FM stereo with HD Radio, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Radio Data Broadcast System, single-disc CD player, Bluetooth hands-free phone connectivity and audio streaming, iPod control, iTunes Tagging, a USB port and an auxiliary input jack. Smartphone integration features Aha and Pandora, along with STARLINK cloud applications iHeartRadio, Stitcher, Calendar, Music Player, News and Weather. Also standard for 2016 is a rear-view camera.
The 2016 Subaru BRZ is still powered by a very potent 2.0-liter BOXER engine making 200 horsepower.
The new Subaru BRZ is available in Premium or Limited trim and offers features such as the sport-tuned suspension with front strut brace and TORSEN limited-slip differential.
The new BRZ arrives in dealerships this fall.
