What will the Amazing Lexus LC500 Cost?

If you had exactly $100,000 – what would you buy? Better yet, if you had $100,000, which car would you pick to park in your driveway? How about the Lexus LC 500 or its hybrid sibling – the Lexus LC 500h?

The all-new 2018 Lexus LC supercars are here to spice things up for the luxury brand’s lineup and they are making quite a buzz. The Lexus LC 500 is powered by a good ol’ naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine making 471 horsepower with a maximum torque of 398 lb-ft. The Lexus LC 500h, on the other hand, is powered by a 3.5-liter full hybrid V6 powertrain that spits out a total of 354 horsepower. So how much will it cost?

Well, when we asked what you would buy for $100,000 – we forgot to tell you that you might have a couple of thousand left over. The 2018 Lexus LC 500 carries a starting price tag of $92,000* – while the 2018 Lexus LC 500h carries a starting price tag of $96,510*.

At this point, you’re probably thinking that by the time you add the optional extras that make a car fun, you’ll be well over $100,000. Well, you’d be wrong. The 2018 Lexus LC 500 and Lexus LC 500h come with a long range of standard options including, a 10.3 inch TFT multi-information display, LED headlamps, paddle shifters, the new Lexus Remote Touch Interface touchpad, paddle shifters, USB/AUX connectivity, Bluetooth, and much more. The cars also come standard with a range of driver assist technologies including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, pre-collision with pedestrian detection, automatic high-beam control, and more.

Going for the Touring Package will add 20-inch wheels, heated and cooled seats, lumbar support for the passenger, a Mark Levinson audio system, blind spot monitoring and park assist. The package costs a total of $4,000 for the Lexus LC 500 and $2,790 for the Lexus LC 500h.

The Sport Package adds a bunch from the Touring Package but gives you Alcantara Sport seats and Lexus Premium Audio. The Sport Package with Carbon adds carbon fiber roof, 21-inch forged wheels, and a limited slip differential. Last but not least, the Performance Package with Carbon adds Active Rear Steering, a Variable Gear Ratio System, and an Active Rear Spoiler.
