This week: Dodge SRT loses its mind and Subaru returns to the large SUV segment. This is AutoNation News.
Unveiled at the 2017 New York Auto Show, the new Trackhawk comes loaded with the same supercharged 6.2-liter V8 you can find in the Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcats.
The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon’s 6.2-liter supercharged V8 puts down 840 horsepower and 770 pound-feet of torque. 0-60mph comes up in 2.3-seconds.
Called the Ascent SUV Concept, this Subaru concept is designed solely for the North American market, where large SUVs are still king. This SUV measures almost 7-inches longer, more than 4-inches wider and taller than Subaru’s previous attempt at the segment.
Thanks for watching. Our question of the episode is this: What Chrysler vehicle should get the Hellcat engine next? Maybe a Pacifica Hellcat? Visit AutoNation to learn more and be sure to subscribe and comment right here.
