Europe’s AutomotiveNews branch apparently learned that Fiat-Chrysler will be further integrating Ferrari into its portfolio even more by serving up Ferrari-powered Alfa Romeos. Report: Mazda to showcase next generation MX-5 Miata chassis at New York

Word in the pipeline via Motoring is that Mazda will be teasing the next-generation MX-5 Miata chassis at New York next month in lieu of the 25th anniversary of the subcompact sports roadster. Due as a 2015 model, the new MX-5 Miata is said to maintain its reputation for being lightweight and a curb stat ringing in at 2,204lbs. Powering the rear wheels is an apparent new naturally-aspirated 1.5L SKYACTIV-G four-banger good for over 100hp and 110 lb-ft of torque.
