Buick today dropped a teaser image of the all-new 2017 LaCrosse sedan showing that the new model will take a lot of inspiration from the extremely popular Avenir Concept.
The new 2017 Buick LaCrosse will feature a new face for the brand with a new grille design and a three-color tri-shield logo. The new front-end design was previewed by the Avenir Concept and was originally inspired by the 1954 Wildcat II concept.
“The Avenir concept shattered expectations of what a Buick could be and the 2017 LaCrosse promises to do the same,” said Duncan Aldred, vice president of Buick. “Its expressive design represents a break from convention and highlights the progressiveness in all new Buick models.”
Buick says it will start adopting the new face on all of its models by 2018. The new 2017 Buick LaCrosse will debut at the 2015 LA Auto Show in November.
