If there’s an automotive equivalent to a supermodel, then the gorgeous Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 concept car might just be it.
First unveiled earlier this year at the Geneva International Motor Show, we managed to see the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 concept car in the flesh for the first time at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in Monterey, California during the 2015 Monterey Car Week.
Showing off the design language of what may be Bentley’s newest model line, the relatively compact (for a Bentley) EXP 10 Speed 6’s green paint shimmered in the California sun, revealing the concept’s taut styling and gorgeous details. Not surprisingly, the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 earned the top concept car prize at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, a similarly extravagant automotive event like the Monterey Car Week that takes place at Lake Como in Italy.
Bentley didn’t skimp on the interior treatment of this concept either. Like the exterior, the EXP 10 Speed 6’s cabin is rich with detail. Quilted leather lines the seats and door panels, while the EXP 10 Speed 6’s gear lever has an aluminium, copper and cherry wood finish. Interestingly, the EXP 10 Speed 6 is a hatchback, with rear glass that opens for loading and unloading luggage. In fact, Bentley even placed a bespoke custom luggage set in the concept car’s rear hatch.
The Bentley Continental EXP 10 Speed 6 exudes both beauty and class, and we hope the British automaker can translate the concept car’s striking details to a production-bound vehicle.
