AutoNation Chairman’s Answer the Call Award: Rob Hassan

As AutoNation drives its performance from good to great, we must recognize those who go the extra mile for our customers. This recognition program awards Associates for efforts which exceed their normal responsibilities and add significant value to the organization and our customers.

Rob Hassan is the Sales Manager for New Vehicles with AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines.  He was nominated by Andres Power for his service concerning customers Maria and Juan Restrepo.

“On April 15, a sales associate from Chevrolet Pembroke Pines brought her customers, the Restrepos and their baby, to the Nissan showroom to show them a new Pathfinder, by 8:30pm the deal was done and the customers were going into the Finance office. They signed all the paperwork, but when it came time to pay the down payment, they realized they left it at their home in Miramar. Rob got involved and told Maria, the wife, he would wait with her husband and baby while she went home to get it. Maria got home and realized that her house keys were still at the store with her husband. Rob took her husband and their baby to the house in their trade, because it had the car seat in it still. He told the cashier to wait for him to get back and he paid him out of his pocket $20.00 for staying. The process ended past 11:00pm. The Restrepos got their Pathfinder and were ecstatic! Rob Hassan continues to put customers first and always exceeds their expectations.”
