Right now, everyone is talking about SEMA, but it’s not the only automotive event happening in Las Vegas this week. Because AAPEX, the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo, is also in full swing, and as you’d expect, AutoNation is posted up there too.
To make sure we had an attention getter in the booth, we brought back the wild F-150 we brought to SEMA last year, and the intricate sharpie art covering every panel still looks amazing. When you look at how intricate the artwork is, it’s amazing to think that artist Jada Paxton was able to complete this ambitious project in just three short weeks. At this point, we’re not sure exactly what the plans are for the beautiful Blue Oval, but along with AutoNation’s dedication to fighting breast cancer, one of the art’s major themes is the open road. So we’d love to see if make a cross country trip, and stop at cancer treatment centers and AutoNation dealerships along the way. Obviously, we’d want to take some steps to protect Paxton’s handiwork, we think it would be great to for folks around the county to get a look at it in person.
