The 2016 Buick Encore was the brand’s best-selling vehicle in North America in 2015 and, to continue that success, Buick is updating the Encore for the 2017 model year with a more sculpted style and new technology features.
The exterior of the 2017 Buick Encore has received numerous upgrades, most of which are visible on the front end. The styling brings the Encore closer to the rest of Buick’s new design theme highlighted by new LED headlamps and the brand’s signature grille. Other new touches include 18-inch wheels, chrome exhausts, heated outside mirrors, and a range of new exterior colors.
The interior of the 2017 Buick Encore has also been upgraded with a 4.2-inch color gauge cluster and a new frame-less 8-inch touchscreen which houses the new-generation Buick Intellilink infotainment system. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connectivity are now a part of the game along with OnStar 4G LTE with a WiFi hotspot.
The 2017 Buick Encore offers seating for up to 5 passengers with a 60/40 split rear folding seats that allow for a total of 48.4 cubic feet of cargo space.
The model will go on sale later this year.
